ExportWeb undergoes periodic architectural review and penetration testing to ensure the integrity of the system and its security features. Security personnel provide physical security 24/7 at the web hosting facilities and monitor multi-layered access control points, electronic badge scanning and biometric devices.

Audit Trails

Audit trails are vital in demonstrating export compliance to the U.S. Government. ExportWeb maintains a secure, confidential history of all Party Screenings and License Determinations performed that includes the parameters used, the results, the user ID, and the date and time stamp. A company’s users can print and/or save PDFs of reports “electronically signed” with a date and time stamp.
